MOVE-OUT PROCEDURE

1. Clean the apartment thoroughly (see checklist). All trash and belongings need removed.

2. Steam clean the carpets. Provide a copy of receipt for steam cleaning (cannot be a rented machine).

3. Remove everything in storage (if applicable).

4. Return ALL keys (there will be a charge for any missing keys) and leave your forwarding address. Please contact the office to see where to place your keys.
